Le Crie de la Carotte sells organic vegetable seedlings, heirloom carrot seeds, soil-testing kits, compost starters, hand tools, and seasonal produce boxes. We also publish editorial guides on crop rotation, companion planting, and root vegetable storage. These terms apply to every order placed through this website and to the use of the advice we share in our articles and recipe cards.
Produce boxes are packed in compostable materials and scheduled around local harvest windows. When you choose a box size and a pickup or delivery day, we confirm availability before processing payment. If a specific vegetable is not ready by your delivery date, we substitute it with another seasonal crop of equal value and note the change on your packing slip.
You agree to provide a correct delivery address and a working phone number so our courier can reach you. Perishable boxes left unclaimed at pickup points are held for 24 hours, after which they are donated to a local community kitchen. Seedlings and seeds are living products; follow the planting instructions included with each order for the best results.
We take care to pack every order with fresh, healthy produce and viable seeds. Our liability is limited to the value of the items purchased. We are not responsible for crops that fail due to weather, pests, or growing conditions outside our control, and we do not guarantee a specific harvest size from any seed or seedling.
You can cancel a produce box subscription up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. Damaged or spoiled items are replaced on your next delivery or refunded, whichever you prefer. Seeds and seedlings are non-returnable once opened, but we replace any item that arrives in poor condition if you contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We may update these terms as our service evolves. The current version is always available on this page, and we will notify subscribers by email when a change affects their active orders. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
